• Why I’m Not Complaining about My Morning Sickness

     

    This is my second pregnancy. The first trimester blues are kicking in early. I’m a hormonal mess, I lost track of how many times I cried yesterday. I desperately want to nap at least half my day away. Oh, and the morning sickness. We all know it’s an awful misnomer. The name “morning sickness” makes it sound like we wake up, puke once, brush our teeth, and get on with our day. It’s a sort of gross morning ritual that goes away at the end of the first trimester for most women.
