My Life in the Twittersphere

Over the past year, I have discovered that I love Twitter. I can 100% be myself in 140 characters or less.  I can post my views without hesitation, and if someone disagrees with me, one of two things will happen: we can have an adult, lively debate; or an all-out war with words. In my case, I started following Joan Graves (@joangvs) after we had a semi-altercation with a difference of political opinion.  She and I resolved it amicably and it worked out well.  That doesn’t always happen, but it is always entertaining. 

Twitter is not the only social media site out there, although it does get the lion’s share of the press (after Facebook).  Here are some other sites that I wasn’t aware of.
